40s & Shorties had the opportunity to work with friend and Grammy-nominated Hip Hop artist, Freddie Gibbs, for an exclusive capsule of product.
The team decided to create a couple original graphics inspired by the unique online personality of Freddie Gibbs; and its overlapping characteristics to the brand DNA of 40s & Shorties.
The release was made available exclusively on the 40s & Shorties website and immediately sold a record amount within hours; a new online sales record for the brand. The collaboration remains one of the team’s favorites to date.
